Precautions for the use of vacuum filters

When installing the vacuum filter, pay attention that the inlet and outlet should not be installed backward. There must be no leakage at the piping. During maintenance, the seals must not be damaged. The inlet pressure of the filter vacuum should not exceed 0.5MPa, which can be ensured by adjusting the pressure-reducing valve and the throttle valve. The flow rate of the vacuum filter is not large, and the moisture in the air will not condense, so the filter does not need to have a water separation function. Do not replace the ZF series filter with the AF series filter to avoid performance deterioration.
